Two young girls meet at school in the late 90s. They have in common their Mafalda cut, their yellow T-shirt and their chats. Soon, they realize that one + one = 3 and are convinced that they should use their common skills in their professional lives. After their graduation, they both landed in the middle of the fashion. Their professional mission became their passion! Tired of sad colors, tired of soulless chairs, tired of uniform coffee tables and tired of interiors looking all the same.! In 2011, they decided to transform the fashion parades in creating their own furniture retro collection with such promise: "To make real fashion accessories of furniture." How? By engaging the challenge of creating chairs and desks with high heels, by focusing on colors and crisp prints. A collection of furniture inspired by the 50's! For their first collection, Les Gambettes exclusively proposes the student chair Suzie Little Suzie, the school desk Regine and the colorful and flamboyant Marcel Stool, printed Vichy, with cement tiles, flowers or barok! A nod to the French cultural heritage, which everyone seems to have a story to tell - a chewing gum stuck, a name or a year engraved reminding us our best years ...
