A passion for materials yet also for solutions. Nicolas Pichelin, Structures' founder in 2004, sees himself not so much as a designer but more as a conceptual thinker. Following a long career as a high level navigator, he decided to dedicate his technical competencies to the world of art by assisting great artists in the achievement of their complex art installations. In 2012, Nicolas Pichelin and Jean-François Michon merge their know-how. This is how Structures became a brand that designs and produces lamps. The goal remains to develop useful design concepts and to industrialise quality products all in the same style of effectiveness.
