Maxnoah

Perfectly Shaped Paradox

Heinrich Noah established the Noah family’s tradition of craftsmanship in 1890 when he set up his own carpentry in the Hanseatic City of Lemgo. He passed the business on to his two sons Wilhelm and Heinrich to continue his work. Wilhelm expanded the carpentry by trading veneers to support his family and thus founded Noah Furniere. The manufactory remained family-owned until the 1990s when it was shut down due to a lack of successors. In 2014 Max Noah started to translate the tradition into modern designs and founded his own company providing high-quality products and excellent handicraft. Max Noah aims to combine high quality expectations and sustainability in times of high speed societies; their products stand the test of time. They believe in the beauty of simplicity and the unity of complementary differences. The tough only emerges in the face of fragility, and the rough is most visible when compared to the accurate. Their products are available in small batch series only. The fusion of craftsmanship and expertise on engineering is distinctive of their work. Each product is made of exceptional materials including anodised aluminium, solid nut wood and fine leather.
