Shigeichiro Takeuchi is born in Fukui, which is situated in the heart of Japan. Surrounded by the sea, beautiful cherry blossoms and such an enriched culture, no wonder that Shigeichiro became a creative. In 2001 he graduated from Kuwasawa Design School. Right after he started working as a freelance designer. After giving some public and private exhibitions, such as Salone Del Mobile in Milan, Shigeichiro established his own Design studio in 2009. Shigeichiro pursues design that would never obsolete and that bring out the authentic beauty and functionality of the materials and techniques.
